Fish Dinners This Week

If you're in the mood for a great fish dinner this week, here are two that will make your mouth water!

Thursday April 26th American Legion Miles Hagen Post #200 is holding a Fish Boil at the American Legion Hall in Black River Falls from 5PM to 7:30PM.  Dinner will be $10/adults and $3/kids 10 and under.

On Saturday April 28th you can check out the 2nd Annual Smelt Feed hosted by the North Branch Rod & Gun Club at the Humbird Town Hall from 5PM-6PM.  Dinner is all you can eat for $9, $5/kids 12 and under.  There will also be a raffle and family fun.

Share Thanksgiving

Enjoy a delicious feast at the Free Annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner in Black River Falls.  Dinner will be served Thanksgiving Day Noon to 1PM at the National Guard Armory.  For those unable to attend, meals will delivered, call Karen or Linda at 715-284-4657 or 715-896-0409 by 6PM November 23rd.  Dinner sponsored by St. John's Lutheran Church.

Eat in Black River Falls

If you plan to be in Jackson County, here are some great food events in Black River Falls you don't want to miss.

Saturday July 9th is the Jackson County Beef Cook-Out at the Jackson County Fair Park in Black River Falls from 3:30PM to 9PM. Enjoy a rib eye sandwich, corn on the cob, and ice cream. There will also be displays by 4-H members, a mechanical bull. inflatable playground for children and more. Hosted by the J.C. Beef Promotion Committee.

The following Friday more good food from the Black River Falls Fire and Rescue Department - a Spaghetti Dinner held at the American Legion July 15th from 5PM-6PM.

Have a Pork Sandwich!

Take a break from boating on Lake Arbutus or riding your ATV through the woods and support the Hatfield Sportman's Club by buying a Pork Sandwich. You will find them at the Hatfield Fire Hall on Saturday September 4th. And don't forget to visit the Flea Market and Craft Show running all weekend, including Labor Day.
