Volunteers are needed to help wrap gifts and pack boxes for
Project Christmas. Wrapping will take place
Tuesday December 14th at 6PM and packing will be
Thursday December 16th at 6PM, both at the
National Guard Armory.
Project Christmas organizers have been busily preparing for their 27th round of giving to Jackson County residents who are in need of assistance this holiday season.
“It’s going extremely well I think,” said Ruth Buswell, a longtime Project Christmas volunteer. “We’re happy we can serve people.
“What we do is try to make Christmas better for families who may be having a little difficulty this year or throughout the years.”
